1. General Questions

Q: What is a "ready to ship Item"

A:  All items will be shipped out within 3 business days unless we are attending a convention. See our home page for our show calendar or press here.These Items have already been made. 

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We aim to process orders swiftly, so the sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can accommodate your request. Please note, modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Orders that have already been shipped, especially those shipped within 24 hours after placing the order, cannot be modified or canceled. 

Q: What is your next Convention? 

Q: Can I see this product in other colors? 

A: If the product is available in other colors, they will be listed on the product page. If you don't see the color you're looking for, please contact us threw our custom order form and we will do our best to assist you.

Q:  What is your money back guarantee? 

A:  If an item arrives to you damaged then we will offer a replacement or your money back. Proof of damage is required. We have this policy because we don't take standard returns! But we always want to make sure you get the quality your looking for.

A: The material for each product is listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

3. Payment Questions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. Shipping Questions

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details. But as a standard the ship the ready to ship items out within 3 business days, Unless it is during a convention. Please see our shipping policy for more details. 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping cost depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details. There are also products that do not qualify for free shipping this will be located in the description of the item. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on orders $200. But not all items qualify for free shipping.  On "Oversized" Items we reserve the right to withhold free shipping. All "Oversized" Items will be clearly labeled in the title and description that free shipping will not be offered.  Our shipping policy is as such to prevent us from having to charge more for the items for everyone to cover the shipping costs of some.  

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

A: Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.

Q: What Is the turn around time for a Custom order? 

That’s a fantastic question! The time it takes to complete a custom order can vary quite a bit—think of the difference between crafting a small figurine versus a detailed, multi-layered resin pour. Each project is unique!

Q: What can  I order in wholesale?

A: Pretty much anything you see on our website is up for grabs for wholesale orders, and yes, we’re all about customization! If you spot something you like but maybe you’re thinking, “Hmm, could I get this in a different color or size? Maybe tweak the design a bit?” – we’ve got you covered! We love collaborating on new ideas and making products that are just right for your needs. Whether it's a simple color change or a slight modification in size, feel free to share your thoughts. Q: What Is the turn around time for whole sale orders

A: The time it takes to fulfill wholesale orders can really vary, and it depends on what you're ordering, how much you need, and the materials we're using. For example, 3D printing tends to be quicker, but the time needed can differ if you're ordering something small like 10 little wands versus something bigger like 10 giant swords. On the other hand, items made with two-part epoxy take a bit longer due to the nature of the material. An epoxy piece might need up to four days just to cure properly, especially if it's a larger or more intricate design. We'd love to chat more about what you need, so we can give you a better idea of how quickly we can get your order to you. Just reach out, and we'll take it from there!
